Sewing work-room

The basic part of the production process, INTER-ELKAN sewing, can be done at the right quality level and according to the timetable thanks to experienced staff and wide range of sewing machines with specialist fittings. All our machines are equipped with electronic motors, automatic positioning of the needle, thread cutting, sucking off of the chain of the trim sewing machine and so on.

We are equipped with:

• overedger, 4 thread overedger, safety stitch machine
• high speed industrial lockstitch sewing machine
• chainstitch button sewer
• buttonholer, eyelet machine
• automatic lockstitch barttacker
• 2 or 3 needle, flat-bed, interlock stitch machine for binding operation
• 12 needle, flat-bed, interlock stitch machine
• 2, 3 or 4 needle, flat-bed interlock stitch machine
• lockstitch 3-step zigzag sewing machine
• cylinder-bed interlock stitch machine
• feed-of-the-arm interlock stitch machine

We are also equipped with belt slashing machine and heating presses to transfer.
